    This is a wonderful display of self obsession and narcissism. Having no gender identity issues, I read the article to see if the author said anything revelatory. No, nothing, this is nothing but a high pitched squeal of a walking cliche.

    BTW, unless you alter your entire endocrine sysyem, this guy isn't getting a new vagina. What he's getting is mutilated genitals...
